At Monday HR, we are building workplaces of the future.
We are called Monday HR, because if you and your team actually look forward to going to work on a Monday, it means that the workplace has a great culture, the roles are engaging, there is purpose-alignment and overall the HR is sorted.
Our mission is simple: to create productive and engaged teams and business owners who can look forward to work on a Monday.
It’s no secret now that a high quality team is the key to business success. Putting your team first and investing in ‘people and culture’ has never been more important.
HR is not a one size fits all. We understand that each business is different and needs a considered and strategic approach to people management.
We are passionate about making HR uncomplicated and accessible for everyone involved. Perhaps even make HR fun, if that’s not too much of a stretch!
Whether you're a start-up looking to establish your HR infrastructure or a larger company looking to revamp your HR practices, we've got you covered.
Our clients enjoy a more engaged workforce, higher retention rates, reduced risk from Fair Work, a strong employer-brand and are desirable places to work.
